Ryan D. Butt, MSA, JD

CEO & Managing Partner (Oak Brook, IL)

Ryan D. Butt currently serves as the CEO & Managing Partner of The Constaré Group, LLC, an Oak Brook, Illinois based social-venture firm for the past fifteen years. Ryan’s past professional experiences range from providing regional expansion of direct services to at-risk individuals, working with street-children in Kenya, to developing and establishing innovative social venture initiatives with non-profit and for-profit entities. These experiences eventually led Ryan and a few friends to launching a consulting firm in 2004 focusing on nonprofits which evolved into the Constaré Group.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor Degree in Government & International Studies, with a second major in African and African-American studies.  He also earned a Master of Science in Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame, a course of study that is focused on nonprofit organizational administration.  Ryan completed his academic journey by attaining a Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law with concentrations in nonprofit, business and international law.  During his time at Valparaiso he actively researched and wrote extensively on issues related to nonprofit tax issues, compensation and regulation of the sector.

Andrew Lynn

Senior Consultant

Andrew Lynn is a Notre Dame graduate with several years experience working in the Michiana nonprofit sector. Prior to Constaré, Andrew managed the day-to-day operations of Make a Difference Michiana and oversaw their website and marketing efforts. Andrew has a degree in political science and is passionate about results-based, grassroots efforts to alleviate social problems. His experience includes helping nonprofits engage their supporters more directly in their mission through social networking and other creative communication channels. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Sociology at the University of Virginia with a focus on cultural and social forces that influence generosity and notions of the common good.


Kelley Krstich

Senior Consultant

Columbus, OH

Kelley Krstich is a certified English teacher who earned her BA in English Writing and a minor in French from the University of Pittsburgh. After graduation from Pittsburgh, she went on to work in public relations and design layout in Capital University in Columbus, OH. At this time she also wrote extensively as a staff editor and assistant news editor for several of the local newspapers, before moving on to teach writing skills to parochial and public schools to students grades seven to twelve in the Columbus area. Kelley, being fluent in both French and Spanish, is an asset to Constaré for her writing and editing skills. Her position at the Constaré Group allows her to follow both her creative writing spark and her desire to use her talents to give back to the community.
